We are so lucky to have Albany Park & Fly. Easy to book, great rates, friendly staff and most importantly, TRUST. Trust that your vehicle is cared for and safe and nice and warm on a return trip in the dead of winter (albeit a nasty ice and snow storm the week of Feb 15-22, 2025. We came home to a completely ice and snow free car, heat blasting, seats heated. Just love the Albany Park & Fly experience. Exceptional service being provided at Albany Park & Fly.

Arrived at 3:45 am. Shuttle was running and warm. Two workers took our luggage while I was assisted by the desk clerk. We were shuttled right to our airline door. In return, the shuttle was already outside when we were ready and our car was running and warm. Great experience.

We arrived around 4 am and the driver came over to our car and took the luggage out and took it to the waiting warmed shuttle bus. Upon returning we called the office and as we came out of the airport the shuttle bus was right there. The driver took our luggage and placed them on the shuttle. Our car was cleaned off and warmed.

It was a cold return
When we arrived at the airport, it only took a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The temperature was 19 degrees, but our car was clean and warmed up. The price also was very fair compared with the recent price increase for garage parking a the airport. The other nice aspect was knowing that, with advance reservations, there was space for our car. With Albany Airport parking you never know.

I have used AP&F many times and I am never disappointed. They answer the phone promptly and are courteous. I arrived from a very warm destination to Albany in 11 degrees. The shuttle was promptly at pickup spot and the driver was very helpful in loading our(3 of us) luggage. Arrived back at AP&F where are luggage was brought to us. Our car was running, heater was on max temp(TY😎) fans on high, seat warmer on max and steering wheel heater was on. You guys and girls are the best. See you next trip.

This is the 3rd have used this business and I am so happy I discovered it. Employees operate at the highest level of excellence from start to finish. Check in was quick and efficient. Everything was clearly explained. The shuttle was waiting and warm. Even at 3 AM, everyone was pleasant and focused on the job at hand. Pick up was just as efficient and pleasant at 1 AM on the coldest night of the year. My car was running, warm and waiting for me. I love this service. I find as a woman traveling alone, with late night arrivals and departures, this is service is especially valuable. It is well worth the extra expense.

Shout out to Guys and Gals at Albany Park, Ride and Fly! Not only is our car safe and well taken care of while we’re away, we arrive at the airport in a timely manner while being served by smiling staff; but, read further. AFTER I went through Airport Security, I realized I left my phone in my car at the parking lot. Trying not to have a “toddler meltdown”, I immediately borrowed a TSA security phone, called the dispatcher at PRF and told him what happened. He reassured me help was on the way and within 10 minutes I met the shuttle & driver downstairs with my phone!!! Above and beyond, outstanding customer service!!!! You saved the day!! I arrived home two weeks later to a warm vehicle waiting, as I stepped off the shuttle! Thank you very much Albany Park Ride & Fly!!!! Looking forward to my next trip and using Albany PRF!

My husband and I recently used Park, Ride & Fly at the suggestion of a friend. We were very pleased with this service and would use it again. It was nice not to worry about the safety of our vehicle when we were away. The shuttle to the airport was quick, and it was nice to have help with our luggage. It was especially lovely to come home to a warmed-up vehicle with the snow cleared off of it!

We had a 5:15 a.m. flight on 12/23. We arrived right before 3 a.m. and were greeted quickly and graciously. We arrived at the airport before the ticketing desk was even open for the day.
