I have used Albany Park Ride and Fly for many years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is courteous and we never wait for a shuttle for more than a few minutes - both coming and going. We were shuttled to and from the airport immediately. The car was warming up on a very cold evening upon our return. The previous day, there was a snowstorm and the car was completely cleaned of snow and ice when we picked up the car. We will do this again when we fly in the future. Everyone, from the person answering the phone, to the drivers was extremely kind, helpful, and professional.

Woman I spoke to about parking there was so pleasant and went over everything with us. When it was time for our flight, we just dropped the car got into a warm van and were at the airport in plenty of time. When we returned we gave a quick call for our ride and he was there immediately. Again helped with our luggage. Got to our vehicles which were running all heated and ready to go. What an easy process and I will definitely use them again!
